Product Details
The equipment is mainly composed of a tube bundle (Tube Bundle) and high-density outer fins (Fins). Its working principle is to exchange heat through the fluid in the tube (such as refrigerant, water, thermal oil) and the forced flow of air outside the tube. The addition of fins doubles the heat exchange area on the air side, effectively making up for the low heat transfer coefficient on the air side.
Modern products mostly use copper tubes, aluminum fins or all-aluminum/all-steel materials, which have the characteristics of high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and solid structure. By optimizing the fin corrugated structure and pipeline direction, the heat exchange efficiency can be maximized with minimal wind resistance. It is a key equipment to achieve efficient and high-power heat dissipation and refrigeration.
