Product Details
Finned cooling coils are core heat exchange components in office building HVAC systems, designed for low-noise, high-comfort environments. They utilize high-quality copper tubes and high-density aluminum fins (hydrophilic aluminum foil) tightly bonded together through a mechanical expansion process. The fins feature a corrugated or open-window structure, significantly increasing the heat exchange area and achieving highly efficient heat exchange between the refrigerant and air.
These low-noise finned coils are used as evaporators or cooling coils in central air conditioning air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units, and fresh air systems. They quickly absorb indoor heat, achieving precise temperature and humidity control. Optimized fin spacing and tube layout effectively reduce air resistance. Combined with low-noise fans, operating noise is significantly reduced, making them particularly suitable for office buildings and other environments with high noise requirements. The hydrophilic coating promotes rapid condensate drainage, preventing water bridging and mold growth, and maintaining clean air.
