Copper Tubes: Adopt national standard red copper and inner-grooved copper tubes (φ7~φ15.88mm), featuring high purity, excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Fins: High-quality aluminum foil/galvanized sheet, treated with degreasing, drying and anti-corrosion processes.
Structural Parts: Stainless steel/high-strength galvanized sheet; all core materials pass environmental protection tests.
Supplier Access: Strict evaluation + batch sampling inspection; unqualified materials are rejected.

CNC Production Lines: 19 fin punching machines, CNC tube expanding machines, laser cutting machines, automatic bending machines, 6 U-shaped pipe bending machines, and large-scale drying and degreasing furnaces.

Fins: Corrugated/flanging & burring processes, ensuring high heat exchange efficiency and stable structure.
Tube Expansion: CNC tube expansion, realizing tight combination between copper tubes and fins without gaps or loosening.
Welding: Automatic welding, featuring low leakage rate and stable strength.
Surface: Anti-corrosion coating + drying and curing, ensuring weather resistance and rust prevention.
Full-Process Inspection (Mandatory Before Delivery)
Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Material, size, mechanical properties and environmental protection tests.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Fin size, tube expansion force, welding tightness and appearance inspection.
Final Quality Control (FQC)
Pressure Test: Water/air pressure test to prevent leakage.
Air Tightness Test: Helium test/bubble method, meeting zero leakage standard.
Dimensional Accuracy: Full-size sampling inspection with coordinate measuring machine/caliper.
Performance Test: Heat exchange efficiency, pressure drop, air volume and temperature resistance tests.
Salt Spray Test: Verification of anti-corrosion service life.
