This customized V-type liquid-cooled dry cooler is specially developed for precise heat dissipation in data centers, adopting high-grade stainless steel heat exchange tubes to deliver outstanding corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity and stable long-cycle operation. Different from ordinary carbon steel models, stainless steel tubes effectively avoid scaling, rust and fluid leakage caused by long-term circulating cooling medium operation, greatly reducing maintenance downtime for server cooling systems.
The V-shaped structural design optimizes airflow distribution and maximizes heat exchange area, paired with energy-saving high-speed fans to quickly take away heat from the liquid circulation loop. Equipped with sturdy waterproof sheet metal enclosures, the unit runs steadily under continuous high-load working conditions without frequent temperature fluctuations. Traditional air-cooled dry coolers directly use fans to blow ambient air over finned coils to dissipate heat into the surrounding atmosphere. They rely entirely on natural air convection and forced ventilation, featuring simple structures, low upfront costs and easy installation. However, their cooling capacity is easily affected by high ambient temperatures, leading to unstable heat dissipation efficiency in hot seasons. They are mostly applied in ordinary factories, packaging workshops and small refrigeration units with low cooling precision requirements. |
