The unit adopts a forced air convection circulation design, and uses an axial flow fan with large air volume and high air pressure to drive the air in the warehouse to efficiently pass through the heat exchange tube group composed of high-quality copper tubes and hydrophilic aluminum fins, achieving rapid temperature reduction and uniform distribution.

Aiming at the special working conditions of low humidity and easy frost formation in cold storage, the equipment has undergone precise flow channel optimization and is equipped with a specially designed large fin spacing to extend the defrost cycle. It also has a built-in high-efficiency stainless steel electric heating tube to ensure rapid and complete defrosting and eliminate ice blockage. The shell is usually made of rust-proof aluminum alloy or spray-coated galvanized sheet, which is strong and durable and meets food hygiene standards.

Whether it is a 0°C~5°C fresh-keeping warehouse for fruits and vegetables, or a -18°C~-25°C freezer for meat and seafood, it can provide a reliable preservation barrier for cold chain goods with its excellent heat exchange efficiency and stable temperature control performance.

Evaporative air conditioners (environmental protection air conditioners/coolers) are widely used in industrial plants, warehousing logistics, commercial outlets, outdoor activities and other places that require efficient cooling and ventilation. Its core working principle is to use an efficient "evaporative filter layer" (usually a multi-layer corrugated fiber laminate, that is, a wet curtain). When the fan is running, negative pressure is generated in the machine cavity, attracting hot outdoor air to pass through the wet curtain that is continuously moistened by water. During this process, the water flow absorbs heat from the air and evaporates, thereby significantly reducing the air temperature. Then, cool, clean and oxygen-rich cold air is continuously sent into the room.
