Product Details
The aluminum foil fin condenser is a critical heat exchange component in air-source heat pump systems. Its structure primarily consists of copper tubing and aluminum foil fins; leveraging the excellent thermal conductivity and ductility of aluminum, the fins are tightly bonded to the exterior of the condenser tubes through mechanical tube expansion or fin-insertion processes.
During the operation of the air-source heat pump, high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant flows through the condenser tubes, transferring heat through the tube walls to the aluminum fins. These fins significantly increase the heat exchange surface area, thereby enhancing convective heat transfer efficiency with the surrounding airflow. Driven by a fan, air flows through the gaps between the fins, rapidly absorbing heat before being discharged. The design optimizes fin spacing and corrugation patterns (such as louvered designs) to reduce air resistance and increase turbulence intensity, facilitating efficient heat exchange. Additionally, the aluminum foil surfaces are typically treated with a hydrophilic, anti-corrosion coating to prevent oxidation and improve drainage performance, ensuring the system operates efficiently and stably under diverse climatic conditions.
