Product Details

The fins of industrial finned heat exchangers are the core microstructural components that determine the efficiency of industrial-grade heat exchange equipment. Precision-machined on the outside of the heat exchange tubes, they completely overcome the bottleneck of the extremely low thermal conductivity of the gas side (e.g., air).

To enhance turbulence and disrupt the boundary layer in forced convection, the fin surface is typically designed with corrugated, raised, or serrated structures. These precision designs maximize the heat exchange surface area without significantly increasing air resistance, resulting in extremely high dust resistance, high mechanical strength, and excellent thermal shock resistance, thus ensuring the long-term stable operation of industrial systems.
